As a freelance writer and editor,
I've contributed to various outlets
in print and online, including Wired, GOOD, Maxim, Boing Boing, and
MSNBC.com. I’m a regular presenter at Pop-Up Magazine and was once profiled on
NPR. For two years,
I edited Kevin Kelly’s Cool Tools website. While attending
the Graduate School of Journalism at Berkeley, I was Chris Anderson’s
writing assistant on The Long Tail, and more recently, I worked on his
book Free. A bit more: I live in San Francisco; I ride a yellow
